About Sharon Hill Vp: HOA Brittany Highlands Condominiums: Her modus operandi
Sharon Hill, aka SHURI POBEDA LLC, is a "BOARD MEMBER" at Brittany Highlands condominium Assoication, Vice Persident of the board, but to cowardice to show her face at board meetings. so, to me personally, that indicates that she is NOT TO BE TRUSTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, and has something to hide from honest and sincere homeowner concerned about calling the Brittany Highlands Condonminium neighborhood/community their home. IT'S A RED FLAG THAT NEW HOME BUYERS SHOULD KNOW AND BE AWARE OF BEFORE PURCHASING A HOME, that's my sincere opinion, especially vererans.
When a homeowner request an expense report they will be refused, unless they pay the current management company, M&M Property Management, Sean Keith Morrissey, a price that he sets.
If the current board memebrs at Brittany Highlands had an ounce of moral integrity, or the guts to SELL OR RESIGN they would, but theives and cowards hold on to their power UNTIL THEY ARE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.

Otherwise, financial documents would be provided with and in total transparency to concerned homeowners upon their request without delay.
If they were totally honest, I beleive, when a request financial documents were requested, the homeowner would receive those documents in short order.
So, here's the game that Sharon Hill is playing. She not being total honest and DO NOT WANT TRANSPARENCY SHE AND THE BOARD MEMEBERS are covering up to profit off honest owners. That's what I beleive.
