Brittany Highlands HOA Board Violations: A community Under seige by incompentents

The current board members at Brittany Highlands Condominiums Association have reached the "Peter Principle".
What pisses me off is that the current president, and VP, and the other current board members, of the HOA at Brittany Highlands Condominiums best solution was to farm out their responsibilities to an outsider, whose ONLY interest is taking more and more money from association/homeowners, who truly want to make the community an affordable and realistic place to call home.
Sean Keith Morrissey's ONLY REAL INTEREST in this community is finding more ways to take more of the association's income from the community for his own personal use. THAT'S MY OPINION! Whether you persoanlly beleive that or not, that's your choice. It's what I beleive about Sean Keith Morrissey by the actions of those who voted him in to silence the voices of legitimate homeowners BY REFUSING TO EXPAND THE NUMBER OF BOARD MEMBERS in favor of their personal interests over adhering to and FOLLOWING THE CURRENT LEGAL AND GOVERNING DOCUMENTS.

# 1 Brittany Highlands Condominiums' HOA Board Violations
Brittany Highlands Condominiums Association Bylaws states in ARTICLE III, which addresses "Administration" in SECTION 3, States that "The first meeting of the Association members shall be held within one (1) year after the first Condo minium Unit is conveyed.
Thereafter, the annual meeting of the Association shall be held during the month of October of each succeeding year.
At such meetings there shall be elected by ballot of the members a Board of Managers in accordance with the requirements of Sections 1 and.4 of Article IV of these Bylaws. The members may also transact such other business of the Association as may properly come before them".
The current "Board of Managers" hvae failed their duties and responsibilities to exceute the requirements called for by the bylaws in favor of their personal interests.
Therefore, I beleive the current board should be dissolved and reconstituted for the benefits and good of the community as a whole.
