First, let me be perfectly clear, Sharon Hill is the REGISTERED AGENT listed for Shuri Pobeda LLC. She is also the Vice President on the HOA Board of Brittany Highlands Condominiums Association. It is my personal opinion that her position as a board member poses a serious conflictof interest and detriment to current and future homeowners.
Furthermore, I personally do not beleive that Sharon Hill has any interest in welfare of the homeowner living here on the property. All indications thus far is that she and others are ONLY concrened about what's in it for them financially. Any board member, as far as I am concerned that DO NOT LIVE ON THE PROPERTY SHOULD NOT BE MAKING DECISSIONS FOR THOSE THAT DO.

We are suspose to be a non-profit associaiton, but their behavior dictates otherwise.So, why can't she other SIMPLY RESIGN FROM THE BOARD, unless they have something to hide, or lose some financial benefits if they did resign?
Could that be one of the primary reasons they chose to block other homeowners from being on the board?
I have a good suspension that somemthing is happening here at Brittany Highlands Condominiums with our finances/EXCESSIVE HOA DUES/HOA EXCESSIVE FINES and EXCESSIVE "SPECIAL ACCESSEMENT" by M&M Property Management, Fees that shouldn't be happening, or occurring without TRANSPARENCY IN SPENDINGS OF OUR HOA INCOME AND OTHER SOURCES OF REVENUE!

Here's a copy of a document that was filed with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies by Sean Keith Morrissy. So, my question to all concerned parties, did he flat out lie, or committed perjury?
